- Modulares Gebersystem
Die PPU-E 15 ist mit unterschiedlichen Wegmesssystemen lieferbar. Das inkrementelle Wegmesssystem verfügt über die Schnittstelle 1Vss. Die absoluten Wegmesssysteme sind wahlweise mit den Schnittstellen HIPERFACE® oder DRIVE-CLiQ lieferbar. - Mechanische Schnittstelle der Verteilerbox
Die mechanische Schnittstelle der Verteilerbox ist wahlweise in zwei Ausführungen lieferbar. Bei der Anbauvariante 01 verfügt die Schnittstelle über das Lochbild des Baukastens „Modulare Montageautomation“. Hierbei lassen sich Module aus dem Baukasten ohne zusätzliche Adapterplatte direkt montieren. Bei der Anbauvariante 02 können unterschiedlichste Module per Adapterplatte an die Verteilerbox montiert werden. - Sensorausführung der Verteilerbox
Die Sensoranschlüsse an der Verteilerbox sind wahlweise mit 3-poligen oder 4-poligen M8-Buchsen ausgeführt. Je nach Vorgabe können dann unterschiedliche Sensoren verwendet werden. - Versionen mit pneumatischer Haltebremse und Federkraftausgleich sind optional erhältlich.
- Zertifiziertes Gebersystem
Die Gebersysteme mit den Schnittstellen HIPERFACE® (optional) und DRIVE-CLiQ sind nach SIL2/PLd zertifiziert. Damit sind auch anspruchsvolle Anwendungen mit hohen Anforderungen im Bereich der Maschinensicherheit umsetzbar. Bitte sprechen Sie uns an. - NEU: Version mit lebensmittelkonformer Schmierung (H1G)
