The high pressure creates separation forces, which greatly reduces the payload of the quick-change system.<br>The ports are self-sealing. Nevertheless, a small amount of liquid residue may remain on the surface of the ports when they are uncoupled. The amount of liquid depends to a large extent on the type of fluid processed. |

Handlingsgewicht
is het gewicht van de totale belasting die aan de flens is bevestigd. Bij het ontwerpen moet rekening worden gehouden met de toegestane kracht en koppel. Houd er rekening mee dat het overschrijden van het aanbevolen handlingsgewicht de levensduur verkort.
