Cookies from ad servers in the tipster game are also used (e.g. for marketing and ad serving by us and other service providers during the tipster game). These Cookies are also permanent cookies. These Cookies are automatically deleted after a prescribed duration that may differ depending on the Cookie. You can delete the Cookies in the safety settings of your Browser at any time.
You can prevent these cookies from being installed by configuring your browser software accordingly. However, please note that in this case you will not be able to use the full functionality of the tipster games, including login. We are currently using the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, Google+, Twitter. We use the so-called double-click solution. This means when you visit our site, no personal data is forwarded to the providers of the plug-ins initially. The providers of the plug-in can be determined from the marking on the box from its first letter or the logo. We make it possible for you to communicate via the button directly with the provider of the plug-in. Only if you click on the highlighted field thereby activating it does the plug-in provider receive the information that you have retrieved the corresponding website of our online site. Furthermore, the data specified under § 3 of this declaration is transmitted. In the case of Facebook, according to the specifications of the respective provider in Germany, the IP address is annonymized immediately after being recorded. By activating the plug-in, your personal data is therefore sent to the respective plug-in provider and saved there (for US providers in the USA). As the plug-in provider carries out the data recording particularly using Cookies, we recommend deleting all Cookies of your browser before clicking on the grayed out box in your browser's security settings.
We neither have influence on the data recorded and data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full extent of the data recording, the purposes of processing, or the retention periods. We also do not have any information on the deletion of the recorded data by the plug-in provider.
The plug-in provider saves the data they record as user profiles and uses it for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of their website. Such an evaluation takes place in particular (also for users who are not logged in) to display needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network of your activities on our website. You have a right of objection against the creation of these user profiles. In order to exercise this right, you must contact the respective plug-in provider. The plug-ins give you the possibility to interact with the social networks and other users, meaning we are able to improve our offering and make it more interesting to you as a user. The legal basis for the use of plug-ins is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.
The data forwarding takes place irrespective of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged into the plug-in provider, your data that we record is allocated directly to the account existing at the plug-in provider. If you press the activated button and e.g. link the site, the plug-in provider saves this information in your user account too and publicly informs your contacts. We recommend regularly logging out after using a social network, particularly before activating the button, as this will enable you to prevent your profile from being allocated to your account with the plug-in provider.
Further information on the purpose and scope of the data recording and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the following data protection declarations from these providers. Here, you will also receive more information on their rights in this respect and possibilities for making settings to protect your privacy.
