TANDEM KSP3 steht für leistungsstarke, pneumatisch betätigte Kraftspannblöcke, die über ein extrem breites Einsatzgebiet verfügen – immer dann, wenn an der Maschine Pneumatik zur Verfügung steht. Eine Spannkrafterhöhung bei Außenspannung durch integrierte Federpakete, eine patentierte Abfrage der Grundbackenstellung über Staudruck oder die Möglichkeit der Luftanlagekontrolle durch die Backe hindurch sind nur drei zusätzliche Features, die in die neue Generation mit eingeflossen sind. Gerade in puncto Automation sind diese zukunftsweisend. - Signifikante Reduzierung der Rüstzeiten dank Backenschnellwechselsystem
Die TANDEM KSP3-BWA Spanner sind noch zusätzlich mit einem Backenschnellwechselsystem ausgestattet. Mit diesem Schnellwechselsystem lassen sich die Backen manuell oder automatisiert über einen Roboter innerhalb von Sekunden wechseln – komplett werkzeuglos! Dies führt zu enormen Verkürzungen der Rüstzeit, insbesondere bei Mehrfachanwendungen und Aufspanntürmen.
