In automated car body production, the CES supports the use of welding guns in increasingly electrically-powered production lines. As an electric tool changer, it enables operation without compressed air supply and contributes to a consistent, electric system architecture. Direct integration into the network topology reduces integration effort. At the same time, even in applications such as body-in-white welding, high payloads can be handled safely and different end-of-arm tools can be used flexibly.
