Pneumatic load compensation

Optionally, the linear axis can be delivered with pneumatic load compensation mounted parallel to the motor. The pneumatic cylinder compensates for a part of the weight forces during vertical movements of the linear motor. This can lead to greater dynamic response in certain cases of application.

Pneumatic load compensation cannot be combined with the electric piston rod brake or magnetic load compensation.

When using pneumatic load compensation, one attachment kit and one pneumatic cylinder ISO 6432 D25 (depending on the stroke) are required per linear unit – please contact us.
