The easyJaw configurator enables the individual configuration of customized chuck jaws. We do not check the chuck jaw on your application within the easyJaw configurator. The correct selection of the right chuck jaw for each application is quick and easy. The configurator is based on SCHUNK's many years of experience and expertise and is being continuously optimized and expanded. This can lead to deliberate changes in the easyJaw configurator and the results over time. In the case of a request for quotation or order of the chuck jaw configured by you, SCHUNK will not carry out a technical inspection. Chuck jaws are wear parts that come into contact with the workpiece, and as such, defects caused by wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
The consideration of individual conditions is optional and depends on the configuration combination or the configuration scope. If customer-specific conditions in the form of discounts are taken into account for the selected configuration option, these will only be shown on the order confirmation. If this order confirmation is not immediately contradicted, we consider the order as placed.
