Options and special information

  • Extremely compact single-acting vise for precise machining of the sixth side
With the new SCHUNK KONTEC KSC3-K single-acting vise, the successful KSC3 series of centric clamping vises gets another elementary component. The base body of the KSC3-K vises has now been extended to include a transverse groove for the fixed jaw. This means that precise second-side machining is now also possible. Especially in multiple applications, such as on tombstones, synergies can be achieved with centric and single-acting vises, and processes can be significantly accelerated.
