Analog position sensor
The analog MMS 22-A magnetic sensor is used for monitoring the status of SCHUNK grippers. It detects the approach of a magnet without contact and returns a continuous output signal.

- 5 또는 10V 출력 전압
MMS 22-A는 5 또는 10V 출력 전압 버전으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 5V 센서는 SCHUNK FPS 시스템과의 작동에 최적화되어 있습니다. 한편, 10V 센서는 아날로그 입력, 예를 들면 PLC 또는 별도의 입력 카드에 직접 연결할 수 있습니다. - 간섭 원인
센서는 바로 인근에 있는 다른 자기장의 영향을 받을 수 있습니다. 모터, 전기 용접기, 영구 자석 혹은 육각 소켓 렌치, 칩 등 자화된 재료(소위 연자성 물질)에 의해 방해 자기장이 생성될 수 있습니다. - 높은 보호 클래스
플러그 연결 시 IP67, 청결한 환경 또는 지저분한 환경, 물과 접촉하는 경우의 사용에 적합합니다. 다른 미디어(냉각제, 산, 베이스 등)와 접촉하는 경우의 작동성도 종종 주어지지만 SCHUNK는 이를 보장하지 않습니다. - 연장 케이블의 차폐
아날로그 신호가 연장 케이블을 통해 전송되는 경우 차폐 케이블을 권장합니다. 케이블의 한쪽 엔드는 차폐해야 합니다.
