AGM-XY 補正ユニットは、X軸とY軸の補正を行います。特許取得済みのユニプラナーガイド配置と、頑丈で滑らかな走行のリニアローラーガイドにより、最小の全高で高荷重と高トルクを処理できます。例えば、このユニットは内蔵された空式式ロック機構とポジションメモリ機能を使用して、コンポーネントの目標位置合わせのために、中心位置でも偏心位置でもロックすることができます。統合されたストローク調整機構により、X軸およびY軸の補正移動量を個別に調整でき、必要に応じて完全にロックすることも可能です。

ワークピックアップ (垂直、吊り下げ): AGMロック解除 – グリッパー開
ロボットはグリッパーを開いた状態で、またAGM（補正ユニット）のロックを解除した状態でワークに接近します。ワークは、公差や不正確さにより、軸がオフセットした状態で位置決めされています。
AGM 偏向 – グリッパー閉
ロック解除されたAGMは、グリッパー軸とワーク軸間の既存の軸オフセットを補正することができ、これによってワークの安全な把持を保証します。その際生じたAGMの偏心位置は、内蔵のポジションメモリによってロック/クランプすることができます。

ロボットはワークを拾い上げ、上に移動します。

AGMのポジションメモリがロック解除され、AGMの同心ロックが有効になります。これにより、グリッパーとロボットの軸が相対的にセンタリングされるため、以前はあった軸のオフセットがなくなります。
スプリングまたはエアカートリッジでAGMをロック解除 - グリッパー閉
ロボットがワークを把持したまま落下位置まで移動し、AGM（補正ユニット）がロックされます。公差またはずれのため、軸のオフセットがあります。ワークの接合のために、AGMのロックが解除されます。ロックが解除されたAGMは、スプリングまたはエアカートリッジによって、重力に抗して安定した状態に保持されます。

Without a spring or air cartridge, the AGM is not stabilized against gravity and cannot compensate from the neutral middle position. It sags down due to its weight and gravity.

Thanks to the weight compensation, the AGM can compensate for the existing axis offset between the gripper axis and the workpiece axis from the neutral center position in the x- and y-directions.
Combined units AGM-XYZ and AGM-WZ
The AGM-XYZ and AGM-WZ compensation units from SCHUNK combine several compensation paths in one compact component.
Both units are pre-assembled and available with their own ID as a standard solution. Thanks to the compact design of the combined units, you benefit from significant savings in structural height and inherent weight compared to individual, stacked compensation units. This saves space, reduces the load on the robot and end effector, and ensures efficient implementation of your processes.
