- Modulares Gebersystem
Das Linearmodul (Abbildung ähnlich) ist mit drei unterschiedlichen Wegmesssystemen lieferbar. Das inkrementelle Wegmesssystem verfügt über die Schnittstelle 1Vss. Die absoluten Wegmesssysteme sind wahlweise mit den Schnittstellen HIPERFACE® oder DRIVE-CLiQ lieferbar. - Pneumatische Haltebremse
Optional ist das Linearmodul mit einer Haltebremse lieferbar. Diese Haltebremse wird pneumatisch betätigt. Ihre Funktion ist im unbelüfteten Zustand aktiviert. Die Haltebremse dient damit einer Positionserhaltung der Linearachse im unbestromten Zustand. - Achsunterstützte Version
Optional kann das Achsprofil zusätzlich unterstützt werden. Dies führt bei hoher Belastung zu einer geringeren Durchbiegung und ermöglicht eine zusätzliche Art der Befestigung. - Weitere Motorschlitten
Die Linearachse kann mit mehreren aktiven Motorschlitten ausgestattet werden. Somit sind spezielle und für die Kundenanwendung ideale Achslösungen darstellbar. - Zertifiziertes Gebersystem
Die Gebersysteme mit den Schnittstellen HIPERFACE® (optional) und DRIVE-CLiQ sind nach SIL2/PLd zertifiziert. Damit sind auch anspruchsvolle Anwendungen mit hohen Anforderungen im Bereich der Maschinensicherheit umsetzbar. Bitte sprechen Sie uns an. - NEU: Version mit lebensmittelkonformer Schmierung (H1G)
