The PGL-plus-P pneumatic universal gripper offers an exceptional performance range, in five sizes. Due to its large jaw stroke of 10 to 25 mm per finger, users can handle a wide range of parts with just one gripper.

Safety in system designs
With the PGL-plus-P, you can increase the safety of your application - and expand the range of uses at the same time. It is the first pneumatic gripper to offer certified, safe gripping force maintenance with GripGuard. In the event of pressure loss, at least 80% of the nominal gripping force is maintained, while uncontrolled jaw movements are excluded. This protects operators, prevents workpiece losses in the event of an emergency or malfunction and increases process reliability. This reduces the effort and expenditure required to ensure CE conformity and cuts down the risk analysis of your entire system.
Sensor systems with the highest precision
The integrated IO-Link sensor technology increases the performance of the pneumatic gripper and eliminates the need for external sensors, which in turn reduces the cost of procurement, commissioning and servicing. It detects the finger position over the entire stroke and distinguishes workpieces with high precision - ideal for large part ranges. There are two operating modes to choose from: IO-Link or SIO mode. With "Gripping Point Mode" and "Gripping Range Mode", you can program workpiece positions and
areas simply and quickly.
