抓取力
电机处于静止扭矩时,在距离 P(请参见插图)处施加到每个机械手手指的抓取力的算术和。
停机扭矩
以电机轴直径为基础,达到规定抓取力所需的电机静止扭矩。切勿超出此扭矩。异步型号所需的静止扭矩减半。
手指长度
沿主轴方向,从距基准面距离 P 处测得。
抓取力保持
在紧急制动或由于电动止动闸(使用带电机制动器的电机和/或使用位置夹持选项)而导致断电的情况下,能够保持至少 80% 的原始夹持力。
重复精度(单向定位)
定义为在恒定条件下,从相同的方向连续 100 次移动到目标位置后基础夹爪的实际位置分布。
闭合/打开时间
抓取时,必须按操作手册中所述的速度进行调节,以增加闭合和开启时间。标注的时间指最大速度和最大加速度下,无电气限制时基爪的运动时间,且遵照每个手指最大允许质量的要求。
