Der Werkzeugwechsler CPB bietet effiziente Werkzeugwechsel und dadurch maximale Flexibilität und Prozesssicherheit. Die Besonderheit beim CPB ist die robuste Verriegelungsmechanik mit Bolzen. Hier hat SCHUNK bei der Entwicklung seine mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der stationären Spanntechnik genutzt und so das bewährte System vom Maschinentisch an den Roboter gebracht. Der formschlüssige, selbsthaltende Bolzenmechanismus aus vakuumgehärtetem Edelstahl bietet maximale Stabilität sowie eine lange Lebensdauer. Die integrierte ISO-Schnittstelle ermöglicht zudem eine schnelle Montage und reduziert den Aufwand bei der Inbetriebnahme.
