Robust tool changer with bolt locking mechanism, equipped with additional pneumatic feed-throughs and mounting surfaces for maximum flexibility.

Le changeur d'outils CPB permet des changements d'outils efficaces et, par conséquent, une flexibilité et une fiabilité maximales du processus. La particularité du CPB réside dans son mécanisme de verrouillage robuste à l'aide de boulons. SCHUNK a mis à profit son expérience de plus de 20 ans dans le domaine de la technique de serrage stationnaire pour le développement et a ainsi transféré le système éprouvé de la table de la machine au robot. Le mécanisme de verrouillage et d'auto-retenue en acier inoxydable trempé sous vide offre une stabilité maximale et une longue durée de vie. L'interface ISO intégrée permet également un assemblage rapide et réduit l'effort requis lors de la mise en service.
