Die AGM-Z bietet eine Kompensation in der Z-Achse, beispielweise bei Entnahme- und Ablageprozessen in beliebiger Raumorientierung. Robuste Kugelführungen sorgen für höchste Belastbarkeit bei der Handhabung von hohen Traglasten und Momenten. Die Steifigkeit der integrierten Druckfedern kann angepasst werden, für optimale Andrückkräfte bei der Ablage. Diese kann durch zusätzliche Betätigung des Pneumatikzylinders erhöht werden. Die modulare und kompakte Bauweise ermöglicht Kombinierbarkeit und spart Bauhöhe. Die Abfrage der eingefahrenen und ausgefahrenen Position kann durch Magnetschalter oder induktive Näherungsschalter erfolgen.

The AGM-XYZ and AGM-WZ compensation units from SCHUNK combine several compensation paths in one compact component.
Both units are pre-assembled and available with their own ID as a standard solution. Thanks to the compact design of the combined units, you benefit from significant savings in structural height and inherent weight compared to individual, stacked compensation units. This saves space, reduces the load on the robot and end effector, and ensures efficient implementation of your processes.
