Development Engineer Mechanics for Humanoid Robotics (m/f/d)
Location: Brackenheim-Hausen (Germany)
Your Tasks:
You will be responsible for design and mechanical layout of our anthropomorphic robot hand – using PTC Creo, among other tools
Creating technical drawings and corresponding documentation is also part of your role
In addition, you will develop, design, and implement test setups for components and subsystems of the robot hand
You conduct tests, analyze the results, and create informative test reports
In close coordination with the electronics and sensor technology departments, you will drive forward interdisciplinary product development
Your Skills:
You have a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
In addition, you have several years of experience in research and development, particularly in the field of anthropomorphic robotics and mechatronics development
Practical experience in mechanical design and testing of mechatronic systems is part of your background
Confident use of PTC Creo is a matter of course for you
You enjoy working in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment

This includes selecting, integrating, and optimizing small and micro electromechanical motors
Developing motion control solutions and designing suitable drive controls are part of your responsibilities
You will create electrical circuit diagrams and technical documentation, ensuring reliable electronic functionality
In close coordination with the mechanics, software, and sensor teams, you will advance interdisciplinary product development
Your Skills:
You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
You have several years of experience in research and development, particularly in the field of anthropomorphic robotics, electronics, and drive technology
In addition, you have already acquired knowledge in the field of motion control and the control of electric motors
