Programmable clamping force
The clamping force can be continuously adjusted via the software in a range from 6 kN to 40 kN per chuck jaw.
Jaw pre-positioning and programmable clamping stroke
The jaws can be pre-positioned depending on the workpiece size so that the clamping stroke and clamping time can then be reduced to a minimum during automated loading processes.
Pneumatic media transfer into the system jaw
For workpiece contact control via dynamic pressure or cleaning of the clamping surfaces The system jaws must be prepared accordingly by the customer.
Clamping range
To cover the entire clamping range from 5 to 420 mm, the vise must be extended with the corresponding drawbar extension (see accessories).
