バッテリーセルは、丸いセルグリッパー内の強力な永久磁石によって保持される。永久磁石は、ピストンチャンバー内の位置の変化により空気圧で作動します。永久磁石は、空圧ピストンを介してワークに近づいたり遠ざかったりし、それによって「作動」または「停止」します。

「磁気作動」または「磁気非作動」の状態検知は、電磁スイッチを備えたピストンストローク監視システムによって確実に行われます。
把持力の維持
圧縮空気の不具合発生時の把持力維持は、永久磁石の原理を利用して行います。磁気保持力によってバッテリーセルを確実に保持することでワークの損失を防ぎ、プロセス信頼性を最大限に高めます。

Round cells 46x
The magnetic gripper RCG 46 can securely handle all common formats of Ø 46 mm round cells.
Multiple gripper unit
The round cell gripper RCG can be set up as an individual multiple gripper unit in order to realize the specific cell spacing depending on the application. Whether one, two, ... or even several hundred individual grippers.
End-of-line
The possibility of individual control for each round cell gripper RCG means that individual battery cells can be ejected in the process sequence, e.g. in the end-of-line testing process.
Cell spacing unit
Cell spacing units also offer the option of changing the distance between several battery cells during the pick-&-place process. The number of cells to be gripped and the cell spacings are individually adapted to the application.

Application example
The RCG 46 round cell gripper enables the handling of battery cells with a diameter of Ø 46 mm without interfering contours. In combination with application-specific gripping units, all process steps in the assembly of battery modules and packs can be implemented.
