Handling and filling vials
Vials are placed individually in the transfer station. There, another robot removes them and transfers them to the filling line. After the process, the vials are placed in a tray and the gripper is exchanged automatically. The new gripper places the trays on a conveyor belt and transports them to the packaging station. The aseptic tool changer combined with robots ensures efficient and safe filling and precise handling of vials.
