Durch das VERO-S NSR ist die Palettenbeladung dank der schlanken Bauweise extrem nah am Maschinentisch möglich. Dies ermöglicht einen niedrigen Aufbau aus Spannstation und Spannpalette und sorgt für eine maximale Ausnutzung des Maschinenraumes. - Die hohe Einzugskraft erzeugt ein außergewöhnlich steifes System, dessen ausgezeichnete Haltekraft höchste Drehmomente zulässt. Das Handling schwerer Paletten wird damit sicherer und einfacher.
- Die Spannschieberstellung des Moduls wird durch die induktive Abfrage des Kolbens überwacht. Kombiniert mit der Abfrage der Palettenanwesenheit ist eine maximale Prozesssicherheit garantiert.
