O acionamento elétrico consiste em uma parte primária (bobina do motor) e uma parte secundária (ímãs permanentes). A fase e a amplitude da corrente elétrica aplicada são reguladas no controlador. Dependendo da aplicação, isso coloca em movimento o perfil instalado com ímãs ou move as corrediças do eixo.

Sizing assistant and configuration for customized linear axes

Design of the linear direct axis
The linear direct axis SLD consists of a motor slide with an integrated primary component and a measuring system. The secondary component consists of permanent magnets and is integrated into the aluminum extruded profile of the linear axis.

Modular transducer system
The linear axis is available with different path measuring systems. The incremental path measuring system has a 1Vss interface. The absolute path measuring systems are optionally available with the HIPERFACE®, HIPERFACE DSL®, DRIVE-CLiQ or EnDat 2.2 interfaces. Other interfaces are available on request.

重型版本/高速版本
SLD 轴有重型版本可供选择，适用于对基本额定负载、刚度和润滑间隔有更高要求的应用。从规格 SLD 22 及以上，导轨采用更大尺寸的升级版本，其基本额定动载荷更高，挤压型材与滑块也相应进行了适配设计。
在重型版本的基础上，可提供速度高达 10 m/s 的高速版本。
