Douilles de réduction avec refroidissement périphérique
Les douilles intermédiaires SCHUNK permettent le serrage de plusieurs diamètres de queue d'outil différents avec un seul mandrin. Les douilles de réduction universelles GZB-S peuvent être utilisées dans les systèmes porte-outils SCHUNK TENDO, TRIBOS et SINO-R ainsi que dans tous les mandrins expansibles hydrauliques sur le marché. Pendant le refroidissement périphérique, la géométrie spéciale des buses garantit l'alimentation ciblée et optimale en liquide de refroidissement ou la lubrification des arêtes d'outil.

Options and special information
- Systematic cooling with peripheral cooling
Six coolant slots now make a difference with peripheral cooling. With their special nozzle geometry, they ensure optimal, directed supply of coolant or lubrication of the cutting edge. With a tripple effect - significantly increase tool life, optimum chip removal by means of systematic coolant/lubricant rinsing and extremely improved machining results. - Please note that the product is not suitable for heat shrinking toolholders.
