- Sports and health offers
Your health is close to our heart. With SCHUNK-Aktiv, we offer you a wide range of sports and health activities to help you tackle your working day in a healthy, relaxed and good mood. Our offer includes a number of perks such as a free gym membership, preventive health programs as well as numerous SCHUNK sports teams that you can join. - SCHUNK Academy
To help you further your education during your training or studies, we support you with innovative e-learning programs and seminars in our SCHUNK Academy.
- Learning day every 14 days
Our apprentices and students also get a learning day every two weeks during their working hours. This certainly contributes to the fact that our "Young Talents" are regularly among the best in their class.
- SCHUNK global & social
In addition to technical know-how, it is important to us that you can also develop yourself on a personal level. Because self-confidence, courage and emotional awareness are at least as relevant as physics, electronics and business studies. That is why social internships and stays abroad are an integral part of our training, whether as a part of dual studies or specialist training.
- SCHUNK 4.0
To get our junior staff fit for Industry 4.0, we integrate networked learning and work activities into everyday working life. These include digital twins or mobile learning in smart factories.
- High conversion rate
We hire around 70 apprentices and students per year. Of these, over 95 percent are taken on after successfully completing their exams. That means that the chances are very good that you will be able to join us on a permanent basis after completing your apprenticeship or studies.
