The ROTA NCF plus 2 has been particularly designed for such requirements. The integrated centrifugal force compensation counteracts against the loss of clamping force under speed of rotation, enabling significantly higher machining speeds.
- Inside these lightweight chucks, very robust, hardened and ground flat guidances ensure process-stable functioning even at maximum load. Due to a new type of piston guidance, the screw connections enclose the complete circumferential of hardened chuck body, and therefore an extraordinarily high rigidity and precision are achieved.
