Processing of battery cells

Discover how the scalable multiple gripper unit can handle 20 cells from the tray simultaneously, while a second gripper unit with a cell spacing function precisely repositions the cells. Compensation units reduce the force applied to the cells and robust clamping solutions ensure safe and efficient handling.

The video demonstrates the handling of individual battery cells up to the battery pack. The purely magnetic RCG round cell gripper enables maximum precision with minimal interfering contours. It is scalable and available in different versions, optimized for defined gripping and placement of the cells.
