Casquillos intermedios con refrigeración periférica
Los casquillos reductores SCHUNK permiten la sujeción de varios diámetros de vástago, con solo un portaherramientas. Las boquillas intermedias universales GZB-S pueden utilizarse en los sistemas de portaherramientas TENDO, TRIBOS y SINO-R de SCHUNK y en todos los portaherramientas de expansión hidráulica estándar. Durante la refrigeración periférica, la forma geométrica especial de la boquilla garantiza un suministro óptimo y específico del refrigerante y la lubricación del filo de corte.

- Systematic cooling with peripheral cooling
Six coolant slots now make a difference with peripheral cooling. With their special nozzle geometry, they ensure optimal, directed supply of coolant or lubrication of the cutting edge. With a tripple effect - significantly increase tool life, optimum chip removal by means of systematic coolant/lubricant rinsing and extremely improved machining results. - Please note that the product is not suitable for heat shrinking toolholders.
