モデルシリーズに関する一般注意事項
繰り返し精度
連続する 100 回の旋回サイクルにおける停止位置のばらつきを示します。
ピニオンの位置
常に左停止位置で示されています。ここから右へ時計回りに回転します。矢印は回転方向をはっきり示しています。
ピニオンのネジ位置
90°より小さなスイベル角度をセットする場合、左の終端ストップは完全にたたみ込む必要があります。これは、左の終端ポジションのピニオンのねじ接続図は、正面図に対して90°時計回りに回転し、スイベル角度180°を示します。
特殊な回転角
その他の旋回角度のご要望に対応致します。
停止位置でのトルク
停止位置前の最終的な角度 (約 2°) には、一つの駆動ピストンの力でのみ接近させることができます。このため、複動式モジュールの定格トルクは、この領域で使用可能な定格トルクの約半分のみです。
空圧式中央位置までの移動
は、定格トルクの半分のみを使用して実行されます。
旋回時間
ピニオン / フランジが定格旋回角度を回るのに必要な時間を示します。バルブ開閉回数、ホース充填回数、または PLC 反応回数は含まれず、サイクルタイムを計算するときに考慮されます。
