Mandrin à frettage thermique
CELSIO est un système de rétraction à chaud qui convient à différents dispositifs de rétraction. Il utilise la chaleur d'induction des courants de Foucault pour chauffer le porte-outil thermorétractable, qui serre fermement la tige de l'outil. L'unité du porte-outil et de l'outil forme une jonction presque homogène. La version Cool Flow du porte-outil CELSIO comporte des canaux de refroidissement intégrés qui peuvent être fermés par des vis M3 pour diriger le liquide de refroidissement directement vers l'arête d'outil. La version Dual Contact offre simultanément un appui plan conique et plat pour les machines dotées d'une interface correspondante, en comblant l'écart entre la flasque d'outil et la face avant de la broche.
