The ROTA NCF plus 2 has been particularly designed for such requirements. The integrated centrifugal force compensation counteracts against the loss of clamping force under speed of rotation, enabling significantly higher machining speeds.
Inside these lightweight chucks, very robust, hardened and ground flat guidances ensure process-stable functioning even at maximum load. Due to a new type of piston guidance, the screw connections enclose the complete circumferential of hardened chuck body, and therefore an extraordinarily high rigidity and precision are achieved.
