一定の条件下で位置決めサイクルを 100 回反復した後の目標位置のばらつきとして定義されます。
加速度および速度
指定の値は、ローディングを含まない、ユニットの最大値です。お客様のアプリケーションの実際の加速度と速度を、別途計算する必要があります。この最大値から逸脱する可能性があります。
