Es handelt sich hierbei um die max. Summe aller Belastungen (Beschleunigungskräfte und -momente, Prozesskräfte etc.), die auf die Ausgleichseinheit wirken dürfen, um eine fehlerfreie Funktion zu gewährleisten.

Die angegebenen winkligen Auslenkungen sind Maximalwerte und hängen vom Betriebsdruck ab. Im verriegeltem Zustand darf die Momentenbelastung, verursacht durch die Masse des kundenseitigen Werkzeugs und der Beschleunigung, zu keiner Auslenkung führen, da ansonsten die maximale Anzahl an Lastzyklen reduziert wird und die Ausgleichseinheit beschädigt werden kann.
