The spring-loaded clamping force blocks of the TANDEM series allow high clamping forces in confined spaces. The huge product range includes pneumatic clamping force blocks with standard jaw stroke, long stroke or the clamping against a fixed jaw. Through clamping with spring force, they are particularly suitable for tombstone and storage solutions, since no constant system pressure must be applied here. Opening is done with a system pressure of 6 bar.
In order to position several clamping force blocks very accurately in relation to one another, the Z-version is provided with jig-produced positioning bores. The jig-produced positioning bores ensure a positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm to the clamping center when exchanging the clamping force block.
