Om de klemkrachtblokken uiterst nauwkeurig te kunnen positioneren zijn coördinaatgeslepen positioneringsgaten geïntegreerd in de Z-versie. De coördinaatgeslepen positioneringsgaten zorgen voor een positioneringsnauwkeurigheid van ±0,01 mm van het klemcenter wanneer het klemkrachtblok wordt verwisseld.
