Uchwyty frezarskie WELDON można stosować do pewnego zamocowania narzędzi posiadających trzonek walcowaty z płaskim fragmentem powierzchni bocznej. Dzięki mocowaniu za pomocą śruby zaciskowej nie ma groźby skręcania lub wyciągnięcia narzędzia. Mocowanie jest odpowiednie do narzędzi mocujących o trzonkach walcowych zgodnych z normami DIN 1835B oraz DIN 6535HB. W zakresie dostawy została uwzględniona śruba zaciskowa lub śruba zaciskowa z łbem kulistym oraz śruba do regulacji długości przeznaczona do wąskiego uchwytu frezarskiego WELDON.
The WELDON end mill holder enables secure clamping of tools with a cylindrical shank and lateral clamping surface, and prevents twisting and pulling out thanks to a clamping screw and is compatible with DIN 1835B and DIN 6535HB. The clamping screw is also supplied. The Cool Flow version offers peripheral cooling through cooling channels, which can be closed with M3 screws, and guides the coolant directly to the cutting edge of the tool. The Dual Contact design with simultaneous taper and flat work surface ensures that the gap between the tool flange and the spindle face is compensated for with corresponding machine interfaces.
WELDON Slim end mill holders can be used to reliably clamp tools with a lateral clamping face on the cylindrical shank. Due to the toolholder′s clamping screw, the tool cannot be turned or pulled out. The mounting is suitable for clamping tools with cylindrical shanks in accordance with DIN 1835B and DIN 6535HB. Clamping screw with ball head and length adjustment screw are included in the scope of delivery. The WELDON Slim Cool Flow variant enables peripheral cooling by means of cooling channels in the wall, which can be optionally closed/sealed again with two M3 screws. The coolant is fed directly to the cutting edge of the tool.
