圧力が低下すると、圧力保持バルブが作動してモジュールのエア抜きを防止します。このため、異なるアクチュエーターで把持力または位置の一時的な調整を行うことができます。グリッパーに機械的な把持力保持機構を装備できない場合は、圧力保持バルブが最適です。
