手动快换系统（CMS）包括快换机器人侧（CMS-K）和快换工具侧（CMS-A）。闭合手柄即可通过一个销钉适形锁定，快换机器人侧和工具侧之间无间隙，无需使用任何其他工具。打开手柄即可解锁系统，从而拆下快换工具侧。可以通过集成气路向末端执行器供给压缩空气或抽真空。此外，还提供不含气路和监控功能 (CMS-B) 的结构相同的型号。在这两种产品版本中，借助其他可选模块，该工具还支持如电能或流体等供能方式。
