The clamping insert HM in the square version with soldered carbide offers an economic solution combining soft top jaws and blanks to manufacture full-fledged hard chuck jaws. On request, the clamping insert can also be used in SCHUNK special chuck jaws according to our design or your own. By simply exchanging worn out inserts, a cost reduction can be achieved.
The clamping insert is suitable for O.D. clamping and is fastened from behind. The seat for the clamping insert can be easily manufactured.
