Closed protection sleeves to protect the chuck kinematics against the penetration of chips and coolant. Using the integrated stop, workpieces can be positioned with a high repeat accuracy in the chuck.
Before using this protection sleeve, the spindle passage of the chuck must be inspected! It must be at least Ø D + 0.5 mm. Subsequently, the workpieces can be fastened in a range from 0 – 110 mm in the chuck.
