The pneumatically actuated modular system WDP-5X enables user-friendly set-up of large components. The modules are clamped via spring force and can be opened simultaneously with compressed air. Depending on customer's request, the pneumatic modules can be replaced by manual modules in order to enable manual actuation. The basic modules serve as a basis for every clamping solution. They establish a rigid connection to all conventional machine tables. Using the stacking modules, the individual clamping heights can then be achieved. The form-fit connection to the workpiece is finally implemented using clamping modules in combination with clamping pins, compensation pins or clamping pin increases.
