Options and special information

  • Magnetic chucks with new ePaper status display
MAGNOS MFRS has always stood for powerful clamping of ferromagnetic workpieces and is characterized by a deeply penetrating magnetic field – ideal for demanding milling applications. The new MFRS2 generation now has an ePaper status display that is unique on the market and clearly indicates to the machine operator whether the magnetic chuck is activated or deactivated. In combination with the MAGNOS app, in which the machining process can be simulated, all uncertainties are eliminated. As in the past, pole extensions can be used for clamping large workpieces from five sides without interfering contours. Moreover, depending on the application and machine tool, it is possible to combine several magnetic chucks with one another and expand them.
