Mr. Henrik A. Schunk chairs the Board of Directors and, together with the other members, Mr. Johannes Ketterer and Dr Michael Breyer, oversees the strategic alignment of the company.

Mrs. Kristina I. Schunk is steering the company's course as Chairwoman of the Managment Board (CEO). The Management Board also includes the Executive Directors Mr. Falk Bäurle (COO/CFO) and Mr. Timo Gessmann (CTO).
