モデルシリーズに関する一般注意事項
SCHUNKのグリッパー、旋回モジュール、リニア軸、ロボットアクセサリには、必ずSCHUNK製の適切なセンサーを使用してモニタリングしてください。これらは互いに最適な組み合わせとなるよう設計されています。
センサーと製品との調整は、磁石の種類と強さ、クリアランス、磁石とセンサーを隔てる壁の厚さと材質などのパラメータの兼ね合いにや、センサーのアラインメントと感度により特定されます。
ただし、他のメーカーのセンサーをシュンク製品と一緒に使用しても、優れたスイッチング結果が得られることはほとんどありません。また、当社は製品が適切または安全に機能することを保証できません。
高精度センサーにより、ティーチング温度と作業温度の差が 30 K を超えることはありません。
