열 수축 툴홀더
CELSIO는 다양한 수축 장치에 적합한 열수축 시스템입니다. 와전류의 유도 열을 사용하여 열 수축 공구 홀더를 가열하여 공구 생크를 단단히 고정합니다. 툴홀더와 툴의 단위는 거의 동질적인 연결을 형성합니다. CELSIO 툴홀더의 Cool Flow 변형에는 M3 나사로 닫을 수 있는 냉각 채널이 통합되어 냉각수가 공구의 절삭날로 직접 전달됩니다. Dual Contact 버전은 해당 인터페이스가 있는 기계에 테이퍼 및 평평한 작업 표면을 동시에 제공하여 공구 플랜지와 스핀들 표면 사이의 간격을 없앱니다.
