Sistema cambio rapido ganasce
Il sistema di cambio griffe BSWS-M consente la sostituzione rapida e manuale delle griffe sull pinza. Per ogni griffa della pinza è necessario un adattatore (BSWS-A) ed una base (BSWS-B).
In caso di montaggio inverso e a condizione che non venga creata alcuna altezza supplementare, sono necessari solo un perno adattatore (BSWS-AR) e un kit di montaggio (BSWS-UR) per ogni ganascia di presa. Un altro effetto del BSWS-UR è l'assenza di fori di fissaggio problematici nel profilo delle dita.

- BSWS-UR: Reversed assembly without additonal height
If the additional attachment height of the BSWS system should have a negative impact, it is possible to fasten the BSWS adapter pins BSWS-AR in the base jaws of the gripper with screws. Then the changing system is more compact in height. The locking mechanism will be integrated into the top jaw. - As another effect, there are no more problematic mounting bores in the finger contours. Please contact us for further informations.

For the "SD" (dustproof) gripper variant, the supplied screws are too short. Therefore longer screws must be used. These are not included in the scope of delivery. - Food-grade lubrication
The product contains food-compliant lubricants as standard. The requirements of EN 1672-2:2020 are not fully met. The relevant NSF certificates are available at https://info.nsf.org/USDA/Listings.asp using the lubricant information in the operating manual.
