Robust tool changer with bolt locking mechanism, equipped with additional pneumatic feed-throughs and mounting surfaces for maximum flexibility.

Il cambio utensile CPB offre cambi utensili efficienti e quindi la massima flessibilità e affidabilità del processo. La particolarità del CPB è il suo robusto meccanismo di bloccaggio con perni. Qui, SCHUNK ha messo a frutto la sua esperienza ultraventennale nella tecnologia di serraggio stazionario, trasferendo così il sistema collaudato dalla tavola macchina al robot. Il meccanismo di bloccaggio ad accoppiamento geometrico, autobloccante, realizzato in acciaio inox temprato sotto vuoto, offre la massima stabilità e una lunga durata. L'interfaccia ISO integrata consente inoltre un montaggio rapido e riduce lo sforzo necessario durante la messa in funzione.
