Ruwe omgevingscondities
Let op: het gebruik onder zware omgevingscondities (bijv. in koelbereik of bij giet- en slijpstof) kan de levensduur van de eenheden aanzienlijk verkorten; hiervoor stellen wij ons niet aansprakelijk. In veel gevallen kunnen we echter wel een oplossing vinden. Neem contact met ons op voor assistentie.
Minimale druk
De minimumdruk is de vereiste minimumdruk om het systeem te vergrendelen. Deze druk moet continu aanwezig zijn tijdens de werking.
Zelfhoudend
De automatische gereedschapswisselaar heeft een zelfklemmende functie die voorkomt dat het gereedschap eraf valt als de druk wegvalt. De wisselmaster en wisseladapter kunnen van elkaar worden gescheiden door de zuiger pneumatisch te bedienen.

Werkingsprincipe
zuigerbediende kogels met geïntegreerde veer (om de vergrendelde zuigerpositie te ondersteunen)

Behuizing
De behuizing bestaat uit een hardgecoate aluminiumlegering van hoge sterkte. De functionele componenten zijn gemaakt van corrosiebestendig gehard staal.
