The CPS automatic tool changer is the flexible solution for fast and reliable tool changes. The change master and adapter have a process reliable connection via a self-retaining locking mechanism, which is designed for handling weights of up to 1,000 kg. Thanks to its hardened steel components, the CPS is ideal for demanding environments, such as those frequently encountered in machine loading or machining. With 18 sizes, the CPS offers the right model for every robot. Existing SCHUNK tool changers can be easily replaced by the CPS without the need for re-teaching.
