- Completely sealed jaw quick-change chuck with permanent lubrication for constantly high clamping forces
Consistent clamping forces, minimal maintenance costs and high energy efficiency, all of this in a power lathe chuck with a jaw quick-change system – that's exactly what the new ROTA THW3 promises. A patented sealing system on the pushing jaws as well as on the release mechanism prevents grease from being rinsed out resulting in a gradual loss of clamping force. In addition, the seal prevents fine chips or dirt from penetrating into the chuck body, making this chuck more broadly applicable. - The integrated jaw quick-change system as well as the modular exchangeable center sleeve system enable the user to quickly and easily adapt the chuck to new clamping tasks. This boosts productivity considerably, especially for small lot sizes. The existing jaws of the predecessor ROTA THW plus, as well as the ROTA THW can be used 1:1 in the new generation.
