Our standard centric grippers are available as grippers for small components, universal and sealed grippers with three fingers for safe and precise O.D. and I.D. gripping of workpieces with weights ranging from a few grams to more than 100 kilograms. They are suitable for use in many applications, from the cleanroom to potentially explosive work areas and normal ambient conditions to high-temperature applications. The ability to combine a gripper with sensor systems, product-specific gripper fingers or intermediate jaws offers increased productivity. Furthermore, innovative design tweaks, such as multi-tooth guidance, are combined with state-of-the-art production technology to ensure robust reliability, and therefore safe investments with a long service life.
Die mechanische Greifkrafterhaltung stellt auch bei Druckabfall eine Mindestgreifkraft sicher. Diese wirkt bei der AS-/S-Variante als Schließkraft, bei der IS-Variante als Öffnungskraft. Außerdem lässt sich die Greifkrafterhaltung auch als Greifkrafterhöhung oder für einfach wirkendes Greifen nutzen.
Vielseitig einsetzbarer 3-Finger-Zentrischgreifer ermöglicht das Greifen und Zentrieren exzentrisch positionierter Werkstücke mit konstant hoher Greifkraft.
Trotz der hohen Momentenbelastbarkeit der Grundbacken erfüllt dieser abgedichtete 3-Finger-Zentrischgreifer die Anforderungen gemäß IP67 und lässt keine Stoffe aus der Arbeitsumgebung ins Innere der Komponente eindringen
